To request assistance with Jury Duty postponement, submit a Document Release Form and your original Jury Duty Summons completely filled out to Hazel Martinez. If the summons is for the Los Angeles Superior Court, please make sure to sign and answer all 9 questions on the back of the summons. You may drop off the summons in the Office of Student Affairs, which is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Once we receive the summons, a letter will be sent to the Superior Court along with a letter asking that you be excused from Jury Duty.
