Registrar

The Registrar’s Office serves the educational community of the Keck School of Medicine by maintaining the educational record of medical students and providing appropriate data to further the educational process of the school.  In addition, we are responsible for management of the student information system and enforcement of academic policies including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Assistance with Jury Duty postponement

To order a transcript, letter of good standing or enrollment verification, visit the Keck School of Medicine Parchment Storefront hereThere is no fee to order for currently enrolled students.

For other types of documents (i.e. jury duty postponement letter, military reimbursement forms, etc.), submit a request here.

Processing time of document requests takes 5-10 business days (closer to 10 business days during peak season which is late spring early summer). There is no fee for document request for currently enrolled students.
